*****If you have products on that Lauren did not apply, you will require to book a removal, infills will only happen on products Lauren has personally applied******
All bookings are subject to 50% NON REFUNDABLE booking fee.
All booking fees can be moved with more than 48hrs notice is provided.
Less than 48hrs notice and fee will be retained and new fee required for new booking.
24hrs or less notice and full service amount required
Any cancellations will see booking fee retained to cover costs of admin, system, confirmation/consultation/welcoming messages.
Please do not arrive more than 5mins before appointment and not any later than 10mins after the time. Please do not hold buzzer button in, Lauren will answer you when she is free to do so. If you are later than 10mins, appointment will be cancelled as a no show and will be charged at full price before any new booking is provided
Lauren works alongside another business. They are in no way connected but this can mean other clients present at the same time you are with Lauren.
